The universe as we know and experience it is a manifestation of energy. There is nothing but energy. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. All the energy that ever was, is or will be exists now. Matter – you, me, everything in the world that has concrete form – is comprised of energy. So, all that ever was, is, and the potential for all that can and will ever be is available to us. All possibilities exist in the present. What possibilities do I allow or choose to manifest themselves through me? What possibilities do you choose to make manifest through you?
